densys3D offers the MIA3d system, a 3-D dental intraoral imaging system designed to provide advanced technological capabilities in image capture and 3-D modeling. The densys3D proprietary MIA3d handheld wand contains the intraoral scanning camera, which captures a tooth image and sends it to a PC-based proprietary application that develops a highly accurate 3-D digital model of the tooth. The 3-D tooth model can be viewed almost immediately on a dentist’s screen, allowing the clinician to analyze it in real-time.
